The better you prepare, the more you will receive from the webinar.  But if you do not have time to do all the preparation or you join us at the last minute, relax and know that you will absorb all that is right for you at that moment.

Daily 20 minute relaxation with breath.

Breath is your connection to Source.  The more deeply you breathe the more Source energy you take in.  When you connect with the unicorns they enable every cell in body to relax.  In the Golden Era of Atlantis the people learnt to relax to a cellular level and this was their key to perfect health and eternal life.

1.Find a place where you can relax without being disturbed

2.Invoke the unicorns.  Trust one has come to you and sense yourself surrounded in its pure white light.

3.Breathe comfortably for a little while.

4.Then breathe into your toes and sense them relaxing.  Continue to do this through your body.  If you lose concentration just bring your attention back to your body and breath, then continue.

Food. Eat lightly so that your body is as pure as possible.  Cut down sugar and alcohol.

Water. Drink plenty of pure, water and bless it.

As I relaxed half asleep on the sofa in my conservatory I saw the Metatron Cube in the aura above my head.  Moments later Archangel Metatron himself appeared and told me that it was time for a mass awakening to a higher level.

He asked me to prepare this Zoom webinar to start the process of re-patterning our DNA and the installing of our Master Divine Blueprints in preparation for the New Golden Age.  Over the next few days he downloaded instructions to me and I became more and more excited!

*He gave me exercises to work with the Metatron Cube for it contains all the geometric shapes in this world and represents the patterns in creation. It is a geometric instrument through which Archangel Metatron directs Source energy.  In a powerful visualisation you will use it as a tool for transformation and re-patterning all your chakras.

*We will use sincere prayer and invocation to ensure the angels, unicorns, dragons and Illumined Ones are with you and actively assisting your process.

*The unicorns will help you to prepare by purifying and relaxing you.

*You will clear and activate the 12 chakras using the Metatron Cube.

*Rosemary Stephenson will sing the notes that allow the DNA to start the process of re-patterning and activating your Master Divine Blueprint.

Archangel Metatron stressed that this is very important and as many people as possible should take advantage of this opportunity.  It will profoundly affect all those who participate.

Your DNA

Your DNA is your instruction manual.  The thoughts, emotions, beliefs and karma of your ancestors has profoundly affected the DNA you have inherited.  And your own thoughts, emotions, beliefs and karma have continued to influence it.  Therefore, some of the information coded in your DNA is no longer in alignment with your Divine Blueprint.

As we move towards the New Golden Age, our physical bodies must change from carbon based to crystalline based, so that our cells can carry more light.

The more deeply you relax the more easily you can release blocks, old issues and stuck energies.

Do join us for a glorious retreat staying at the Grand Hotel in Assisi, the place where St Francis and St. Clare lived.  We will have plenty of time to explore the beautiful Umbrian hill top town with its many churches and soak up the sacred energy, with stops for crystal bowl baths and meditations.

On Sunday we will visit Siena with its stunning gothic cathedral.  Siena is the birthplace of St. Catherine, the visionary saint.

In the evenings we will lead a two-hour workshop with fun, exercises and amazing meditations.  We will especially connect into the energies of St. Francis, Lord Kuthumi, St. Clare of Assissi and St. Catherine of Siena.  Working with angels, dragons, unicorns and the Illumined Ones, this retreat will fill you with pure light and raise your ascension frequency.

St. Francis

St Francis was born in 1182 into a rich family and in his youth loved to drink and party.  He was captured and spent a year in prison waiting for his father to pay the ransom that was demanded.  It was during this period that he began to receive visions from God and heard the voice of Christ telling him to repair the Christian Church and live in poverty. His mission began.

He became a mystic and priest.  He constantly praised God as he cared for the poor and sick.  His energy was so pure and harmless that all animals felt totally safe with him and flocked to him. He even preached sermons to them.

He founded the religious order of the Franciscans and was renowned for his love, simplicity, and practice of poverty and austerity.  He demonstrated devotion, harmlessness and love of animals before he died at the age of 44.

St. Francis was one of the many incarnations of Lord Kuthumi.  Lord Kuthumi is now the World Teacher, and runs the training establishments of the universe.  He is also a Lord of Karma and on the Intergalactic Council.  He is one of the great Illumined Ones who is serving the universe.

The Prayer of St. Francis

Lord make me an instrument of your peace

O divine master grant that I may

St Clare

Like St. Francis, St Clare was born into a rich Italian family but, inspired by St. Francis, she abandoned it all to become a nun and founded the Order of the Poor Clares who lived in poverty for service.

She is now an Illumined One who carries the Christ light.  She directs it into Lord Kuthumi’s Halls of Learning to light up spirits from all over the universe who train here.

In addition, there is currently a move in the spiritual realms to pour unconditional love into

Earth.  St Clare, St Catherine of Siena and St. Teresa of Avila are a team who are lighting up the hearts and minds of people to understand that all is love and so there is nothing to forgive.  Also to know that love embraces and accepts all religions and all cultures.

St. Catherine of Siena

Siena is the birthplace of St. Catherine.  She was one of 25 children and had a twin who died.

She had mystic and religious visions from childhood.  She experienced visions of Christ, the Blessed Virgin Mary and the saints.  She also had many spiritual and psychic gifts. She could levitate, performed exorcisms and was a healer.  For many years she lived only on the Holy Eucharist.  When she grew up she led a very strict and pure live and founded an extremely strict religious order.  She tried to be a peace ambassador and wrote many letters to promote amity.  She died at the age of 33, the number of the Christ light.  Catherine of Siena is now working in the inner planes to bring spirituality into religion.

Great visionaries still lead very challenging lives.  Even now psychics and people with spiritual ideas are ahead of their time but can be helped by accessing the energies of Catherine of Siena.  In other incarnations she was Joan of Arc and Madam Blavatsky.  If you wish to carry the White Ascension Flame to bring peace and light to humanity tune into this mighty being.
