I would like to know who or what are the Arcturians please.

The Arcturians are one of the most advanced civilisations in the galaxy. They teach that the most important ingredient for living a 5th dimensional life is love. I am sure there is information on them on the internet or you could buy the book “Hidden Mysteries” by Joshua Stone which includes a chapter on them. It is interesting reading!
