Feeling Overwhelmed
Dear Diana,
Firstly, thank you for all you do to bring light into people’s lives. I get very excited when I read your books.
The only problem is, I get confused with so much information, and so many exercises that I just don’t know where to start. I have just bought your new book (at your workshop in Olympia) called ‘The Archangel Guide to Ascension’. What I really need to know is, do we have to do an exercise over and over again or just the once then move on to the next one? It feels like a mammoth task. You mentioned that we need 79% light in our cells to ascend. I used my divining crystal to ask the level of my light and it is at 50%. I was disappointed, as I feel I have tried so hard against opposition to move along my spiritual path. Please can you give me some advice? I would be so grateful for some help.
Yours thankfully
Margaret
Hola Margaret
Ok, firstly take a deep breath in and relax!!
Our spiritual journey/our Ascension process is a journey – it is not something we accomplish overnight! Also, just because your divining crystal said your level of light was 50% why are you disappointed, you are on your way to 79% so please let go of the self judgment around that figure, a number is a number! What is important is HOW you live your life whilst you are here! Our spiritual development is actually a mammoth task when you think about it but we chose to come here and this time and do the work and what is the rush?
There are some amazing exercises in Diana’s new book – people may want to do some of them once or do them more than once, it is up to the individual. There is no right or wrong on our journey, it is OUR journey. The exercises or meditations that resonate with you will probably be the ones that will serve you best at the moment or use your crystal to ask which is the perfect one for me to do now and just enjoy doing them! Just let go of any stress and trust that you are on the right path and everything will flow so much easier!
