Losing My Way

Dear Diana

Ten years ago I was closely connected to my spirit guides and the angels. I was able to connect with them at all times and worked at healing and automatic writing. My work was a strong influence in my life. I was however and still am physically ill, suffering almost daily migraines and upper spinal pain. As this deteriorates I need stronger and stronger medication to get me through the day. Also I have to rest and usually sleep while my children are at school.
This is getting me down.

Now I am finding it hard to connect and keep my vibration high. Even meditation, which used to come easily, does not help. It seems I have lost my way and cannot see that clear path that was once so bright.

Can I find it again or has my physical condition just become too bad? The struggle to stay on my spiritual path becomes harder each day, but without that path there is nothing for me. Existence without it seems impossible as without it I am nothing.

Do you have any advice for holding the light under circumstances of ongoing extreme physical pain? I would very much appreciate your guidance.

I am sorry to hear about your struggle with poor health and severe pain and can appreciate that particularly as you are a mother you do need to resort to medication in order to be able to function for them. It is very likely that the medication that you have to take is blocking your chakras. This means that you are not able to connect with your angels in the way you once did. Please know that even if you are not aware of them, the angels are still there in your life. I suggest that before going to sleep, you request to be taken to the healing temples of Archangel Raphael. This will happen even if you are unaware of it. If you do this on a nightly basis, I am sure that your pain will start to ease and as you are able to reduce your medication, (with the help of your Dr if this is prescribed medication) you will find that your connection starts to return. It may be necessary for you to see a healer for some work on the chakras to enable a full connection once more.
