How to Use
Yoga is something you can do on your own, with your friends, with Mum or Dad, sister or brother.
All you need is yourself in comfy clothes and a quiet place to practise. If you have a special yoga mat even better, this provides a good surface that you don’t slip on.
These yoga cards are to have fun with. You can print them off and use double sided. However you use them, know that doing yoga is helping you!
By choosing a quiet time and place to do your yoga it helps the angels to be with you and fill you with sparkling radiant energy. Don’t forget to invite them in by asking them out loud or in your mind.
Remember always listen to your body and stop if it is uncomfortable. Your body will love to do Yoga. Try it and notice what you feel

- feel more confident
- feel stronger
…see if you can add anything to the list after doing a few exercises
Suggested Instructions for use:
- Prepare your quiet space with the mat which will helps to stop any slipping (yoga mat)
- Look at the card and follow the instruction
- Take 3 or 5 breaths in each posture
- Repeat the exercise feeling the difference in your body each time you do it
- Collect all 24 throughout the months
- make your own game up with a friend for example:
Yoga says…………… do this exercise (pick a card and do it)
