These orbs are Archangel Michael (blue) and Archangel Raphael (green).
Archangel Michael is bringing protection, courage and strength and Archangel
Raphael is bringing healing and abundance. It looks like the larger orb is holding the energy for the lady in the picture and the smaller one for Baby Grace, who seems to be aware of these presences and interacting with them. I am sure they are bringing her great comfort.
