You can sign up for an event by adding the event/recording to your basket and completing the checkout process. Once you have completed checkout you will be emailed your receipt along with your link to the workshop event or recording.
Additionally, for your event/recording to be registered to your account you must login before completing checkout. You can then access your links any time by selecting My Recordings from the My Account page.
If it’s the first time ordering or you don’t have an account, you can create one along with your next order on the checkout page.
You can create an account when placing an order. On the checkout page tick the box that says ‘Create an account?’. One will then be created along with your order.
You can reset your password on the My Account page.
You can login to your account on the My Account page.
Yes, the day after the event you’ll be sent a follow up email with details about how to access your recording. Please see My Recordings from the My Account page.
You have unlimited access to recordings. Take me to My Recordings.
After completing checkout, you’ll be sent an order confirmation email which contains your link to join the meeting at the time of the event.
If you can’t find your email link, please check your junk mailbox. If your event/recording was registered to your account, you can also access your link from the My Recordings page. If you still need assistance please contact us.

You can access recordings and links to upcoming events you have booked by selecting My Recordings from the My Account page.
All meetings are held in the UK and are operated on either GMT or BST (GMT +1) depending on the time of the year. The page for the particular event will state which time zone.
