Known as Master Paul, he is the master or Chohan of the 4th Ray.

He works closely with Master Rakoczy and also with Archangel Zadkiel. They co-operate to develop your artistic and creative aspects as well as scientific and practical ideas. He teaches love in action and inspires people to perform loving deeds.
He works with a glorious yellow colour to lift people’s spirits and sets their souls free, so that they can express their higher visions. He helps musicians and artists and all creative endeavours.
He is introducing gentle high frequency pastel shades to Earth. All the shimmering silver or gold backed colours that are so popular have come from him. He influences gardeners to produce a huge variety of new colours in flowers and is opening our consciousness so that we can see a greater range of colour frequencies.
He has always been concerned with freedom and liberty. He was one of those who influenced the gift of the statue of liberty to New York.
Paul the Venetian’s Past Incarnations
He was head of cultural affairs in Atlantis. Before that civilisation ended he took the Flame of Liberty from the Temple of the Sun to Peru. This was in order to
prepare the land for Thoth, who led his tribe here at the end of Atlantis, to form the Inca civilisation. He incarnated in Egypt where he worked as a sacred architect.
He was the painter Paulo Veronese, during the Renaissance, who expressed divine energy through colour and even then created new colours and painting techniques. He was also a priest in the Temple of the Sun in New York and still sends energy through the Statue of Liberty, which enables people to hold the vision of freedom.
