Lord Voosloo originates from another Universe and when he comes to Earth, he steps his frequency down through Neptune, and then Stonehenge.

He has returned to work with Earth again as Master of the yellow 9th ray of harmony and to help our planet ascend.

He was the greatest and purest of all the High Priests of Atlantis. He was so evolved that he had totally balanced his masculine and feminine aspects and was androgynous. He understands exactly what went wrong at that time and has undertaken to bring back balance to the world, ensuring that we do not make the same mistakes as we did before.
