You can create an account when placing an order. On the checkout page tick the box that says ‘Create an account?’. One will then be created along with your order.

You can reset your password on the My Account page.

You can login from the My Account page.

You can place an order by adding it to cart and completing the checkout process. After completing checkout you’ll be sent an order confirmation email with your link for the event or recording.

Please note: Event recordings are only assigned to your account if you are logged in when placing your orders.

After signing up, you will automatically received an email from Diana Cooper which contains a link to join the meeting at the time of the event. Please check you junk box if you don’t see it.

If you were logged into your account when placing the order it can also access your recordings and links My Account page.

This means that you were not logged in when placing the order. You’ll need to contact support to have this manually assigned to your account.

Please note: Event recordings are only assigned to your account if you are logged in when placing your orders.

Event recordings are sent out the following day by email. If you were logged into your account when placing the order it is also accessible from My Account page.

You have unlimited access to recordings. Take me to My Recordings.

You can access recordings and links to upcoming events you have booked by selecting My Recordings from the My Account page.

All meetings are held in the UK and are operated on either GMT or BST (GMT +1) depending on the time of the year. The page for the particular event will state which time zone.
