Hallo Friends,
In 2022 I did an online workshop about re patterning the DNA and at that workshop light workers established the energy, which is now in the collective consciousness. However, it has been superseded and now much more potent energy is available to activate our DNA. Yet Kumeka said that if we had not done that DNA repatterning exercise four years ago, we would not be ready to build our crystalline selves now.
All four modules for the crystalline course contain many exercises and activations. You may need several activations and here is one of the simplest light body activations that also helps to re-pattern the DNA.
It is called the Metatron cube activation because you start by looking at the Metatron cube. The power of the intention you put into your words is important. Simply say. ‘I accept a Metatron cube crystalline light body activation. it is done.’
When your crystalline light body is activated, among other things you are healthier, stronger and attract good things automatically. It also enables you to achieve higher ascension.
I have been overwhelmed – joyfully- about the response to part one of the module Activate your Crystalline Light Body. It is an extraordinary course, downloaded from Merlin who is overseeing it and connecting personally with every participant.
For part two of the crystalline light body course Merlin has prepared seven exercises to raise the frequency of your divine essence. You will programme a crystal to raise your frequency to build your crystalline light body.
The course is recorded so that you can practice the exercises frequently. The more you commit to them the more quickly your crystalline light body is activated and you are ready to be switched on (more details on this can be found below).
The Window of Spiritual Opportunity
Earth is a mystery school in which lessons are presented to us as life experiences.
Many of our lessons are provided by our physical body, and we are asked to master it, which is a test in itself. You may be tested by sexuality or emotions or finances or power. You may have challenges in, love, discernment, patience, health, empowerment, detachment or genetic problems. Your physical body is built according to your thoughts and emotions.
And the aim isascension and enlightenment through the mastery of lessons over lifetimes.
We are given so much assistance by guides and angels, also unicorns and dragons.
Right now, there is an extraordinary window of opportunity for spiritual growth and higher ascension, the like of which has never been offered on Earth before. If you grasp the chance, you can achieve the equivalent of up to 10 lifetimes of growth in this one life! It is no wonder that Merlin has created the Crystalline light body, heart, brain and eyes modules to enable us to become crystalline beings, ready for the golden future.

WHAT is your Monad?
Many people have asked me, what exactly is your Monad. I am sharing a little of the glory of your monadic self below. It is interesting that I’m writing this just as the 26-part series of the Monadic Merge Meditation has finished. Enough people have merged with their Monad now to take the planet to another level- the level at which we can start to access our crystalline selves.
Your Monad
Many years ago Kumeka told me that the Being many people thought of as God was in fact their own Monad. He said that no one in a human body could have any idea or concept of the true Ineffable Illumined Source of Creation from which their Monad came, so they translated their I AM as an external Godhead.
Your I AM is the wise all-knowing and totally loving mother father within you.
It is your source of power and wisdom. It is totally balanced masculine and feminine energy.
Do not look externally for instruction and advice for once you unite with the I AM within, your true guidance is within. Because your Monad is twelfth dimensional and in perfect harmony with the Source of All That Is, it steps its light down to you, its beloved child, to offer you all that you are ready to receive.
Imagine you have wise, all powerful, all knowing, totally loving, compassionate, supportive and cherishing parents. Do not limit them to your ideal of fifth dimensional parents. Rather expand them into the most beautiful love and light you can imagine. Even this is not enough to truly understand how extraordinary and magnificent the Mother Father God within you is.
To connect with your divine angelic parents more deeply, communicate with them. Ask them for guidance and lovingly listen to their advice. Talk to them.
Share your problems and let them lift you above those worldly concerns. They hold the divine perfect outcome and will illuminate you with this so that you take perfect decisions. The more often you do this, the more quickly you will receive their response until your decisions are all divinely perfect.
Not only do they know everything that is happening in your universe. They understand everything that is going on within your personality self. They are fully aware the extent to which you have overcome your ego to reach them. They see the fears that you have faced, the emotions you have mastered, the lower self you have conquered. They love you and are proud of you. They know what you can do to bring about the best outcome.
Be grateful for them at all times. Thank them constantly for who they are and all they offer you. Divine inner parents are in some ways like perfect human parents. When a child is happily, joyfully grateful for what it is given and beams with pleasure, the parents want to give more.
It is a universal law that joy-filled gratitude attracts more and more blessings. When the wondrous light of your I AM within showers you with gifts, place the desires of your heart and soul in the light and manifestation will come to you more quickly.
Love and adore them and see their glory and magnificence. Their light shines more brightly through you as you do so.
Cherish them. They know your every thought and love you unconditionally!
Imagine them holding you so that their love radiates through and from you.
The more you consciously connect with your Mother Father God within, your I AM, the angelic white light within you, the more often and more quickly it will respond to you. Place your trust consistently in the Monad within you and your personality self will gradually merge into its light. You will be an Ascended Master of great wisdom, love and light while in a physical body.
Valentine’s Day – A Celebration of Love
Valentine’s Day on the 14th February celebrates love, not just romantic love but more importantly it celebrates higher love.
Today Andromeda, the higher heart of the universe opens and radiates love into the whole universe. True unconditional love pours through the portal between Andromeda and earth and becomes available to everybody. It is similar to the Christed portal at Christmas, when Christ light flood into our planet. However, the higher love streaming through from Andromeda is a beautiful high frequency pale pink light and it enables people to open their hearts. When you open your heart on February 14, to receive this universal transcendent love, you open the door to magic.
14th of February was the date when Valentine, a very pure and dedicated priest, meditated deeply on pure love. His meditation was so potent that the portal from Andromeda to Earth opened. Valentine established it, enabling Source love to became available to humanity for the first time.
Only lack of self-worth, lack of self love and confidence causes someone to be in conflict. Only unhappy people try to diminish others or fight them. And it is the same with the collective psyche of a nation. Unhappy people or their leaders with closed hearts, create conflict.
The power of the pale pink transcendent love from Andromeda, heals not just your own heart, but also the hearts of those to whom you send it. If you bring the love into your heart and send it to someone with whom you have been in disagreement, it can dissolve the issue. If enough people open their hearts and receive higher love through Andromeda, and send it to countries and their leaders, where there is conflict, they receive the balm of peace energy. Together, we can open the door to magical possibilities.
The great Angels of Love, Mary, Chamuel and Mariel as well as the illumine Masters Quan Yin and Mother Mary, are always available to help us. We just have to ask.
And of course, Valentine’s day is a special day for romance and for lighting up a relationship! Just open your heart.

Life Lessons offered by your parents
Your soul chose your parents, or the people who brought you up, for the lessons they could offer you. No one is perfect. They were moulded by their parents who were in turn moulded by theirs. And we embody their qualities. This lifetime offers opportunities for self-understanding, forgiveness, and healing of the ancestral line, which was previously unavailable.

Venus
I am still getting messages about Venus and occasionally from her. On New Year’s Eve, while Sugar and I were sitting by the fire, she popped in to see us and wish us happy New Year.
Sugar saw her and started to wag her tail and stare at her. I only just saw her as she vanished but Sugar, who has missed her terribly, could not believe she had gone. She insisted on searching the whole house, even going upstairs and jumping onto the beds. Then she went out into the dark and searched the garden.
Apart from bringing blessings for 2026 Venus wanted me to know how much she loves me and thinks of me constantly. She thanked me for standing outside every night and morning and sending love to her in the cosmos. She said it was very appreciated by her and helps her with her new mission. She is currently acting as an inter-universal ambassador, travelling beyond our 12 known universes into what she can only describe as the bliss beyond, to spread that ineffable energy where it is needed. I have been privileged to join her, in my spirit body, on a number of occasions, to experience that energy. Wow.!
That dog, who I knew as a little tiny Papillion-Jack Russell, is a cosmic soul, way more evolved than I am. I can hardly begin to comprehend some of the cosmic information she gives me. However, I do know that the great-hearted soul is helping all those who are ready to create their crystalline bodies as part of the wave of light taking our planet into the new golden age.
