Hi Amazing Beings,
We all know that time has speeded up and it feels as if time is flying now. Last month massively shifted the frequency of earth and it is continuing to rise nearly as quickly this month. I’m told that there will be a respite in August
For some reason, I found myself asking, ‘is the cosmos supporting anything in particular this July?’ The answer came clearly, AUTHENTICITY. I asked if this meant that the intergalactic council was supporting this energy but was told no, the High Command of the universe was bringing it forward. I was told that in terms of our understanding, the High Command consists of 12 chosen Seraphim, who take the instructions of Source out to the universe. Apparently, this particular instruction applies only to Earth, and we have been singled out because of the massive ascension leap we are undergoing.
When you act individually with authenticity, being true to ourselves, {or we do so collectively), the ascension path will be accelerated and smoothed.
Authenticity includes taking responsibility for every single thing in our lives and recognising that nothing is by chance. Every situation, person or thing in our world is there because we have attracted it, created it or chosen it at soul level. When we take responsibility, we cease to blame anyone else or anything outside ourselves. We claim mastery.
We cannot be authentic until we take full responsibility because a part of us has split off to make someone or something outside ourselves responsible for an aspect of our lives.
You cannot undertake higher Ascension until you have taken this step. When you do so the seventh veil of illusion, the red veil, the one furthest from your third eye, completely dissolves. This is the start of the journey of remembering our true divine selves.
My workshop last month was Merge with Archangel Raphael, and this includes the removal of all 7 Veils of Illusion from your third eye. I was thrilled that 98% of the participants on the live, made an initial merge with archangel Raphael, and moved into higher enlightenment as well as ascension.

Animals, birds, fish, reptiles and insects have a soul purpose just as humans do. Like us they all incarnate to experience life on this physical plane, and it is meant to be a joint adventure. The contract that humans and animals signed up to before incarnating is that humans look after the animal and nature kingdom.
I expand on this in my newsletter, sharing a heartwarming story of how a friend, Penny, shared love healing and oneness with camels- with some gorgeous pictures plus some examples of where birds and certain animals originate and what they are teaching us and more, I also share a prayer and a visualisation to help the Animal Kingdom.
In my newsletter I also impart insights about the Higher perspective on conflicts on Earth. There is much each of us can do to bring about peace.
As many of you know, my Facebook was hacked. I was woken early on a Sunday morning by Melissa telling me this and that the hackers had taken over the admin. I share the story of what happened then. Actually, it’s more about what hasn’t happened as, at the time of writing or recording this, Facebook has done nothing. However, I share what I have learnt. Why did I attract this? What are my lessons? Who were the hackers? What is the best energy to send them? What can we do spiritually to move big businesses to a higher frequency? As with all experiences, I have learnt a lot.
Interestingly, one of the petitions to the intergalactic council in the Monadic merge, starts to address the energies of much big business in the world.
My next archangel merge workshop is Merge with Archangel Chamuel, the angel of Love. And the journey to merge with Chamuel is through the heart, and it is a life changer. It is on Monday 28 July. July Monadic Merge

The Importance of animals for higher ascension

Some animals incarnate in service to humanity, others to serve the planet and yet others to experience and grow spiritually through life on Earth. Most come to learn in this physical plane. They are all helping us to ascend.
Birds, however, have nothing to learn and they are only here to teach us.
While humans are using their left brain and their mind, most creatures react from instinct. Some have developed huge hearts but they don’t have the logical, calculating capacity of humans.
Where animals and birds originate and what they teach
The souls of animals, like the souls of humans, come from different stars or planets, even from other universes.
All birds originate from Sirius. Those fifth dimensional birds who have individuated and are no longer part of a group soul come from Lakumay. These all demonstrate mastery over an aspect of their lives, for instance eagles have mastered their element, air, and float in total serenity, teaching us that a master sees everything from a higher perspective.
Animals and Angels
Every animal has two guardian angels, who look after them and whisper encouragement to them just as our guardian angels do to us.
The animal kingdom is looked after by Archangel Fhelyai, who is a glorious sunshine yellow colour. You can always ask him to help an animal and he will use the energy of your thought and prayer to assist. He is present at the birth and death of every animal and so is Archangel Azriel, the Angel of Birth and Death.
The insect kingdom is in the charge of Archangel Preminilek, operating on a yellow-green frequency. Many insects are third dimensional though a few are in the fourth and fifth. His task is to look after them all, co-ordinate their service work and help them ascend into the higher realms.
Archangel Bhokpi is the Angel in charge of the bird kingdom. He has recently entered this universe to look after the bird kingdom because they have been ascending so quickly. He comes from the ranks of the Seraphim and his colour is almost transparent, so he can take on any shade he wishes to use.
The fish kingdom is overseen by Archangel Joules the green angel in charge of the oceans. He helps them to hold the frequency of the waters pure.
The reptiles do not have angels but they are looked after by the elemental kingdom of fairies, elves, undines and a whole range of beautiful little light workers.
The entire nature kingdom, including the trees, who do such great service work for us and the planet is overseen by Archangel Purlimiek, who has a beautiful soft green vibration.
Various of our beloved Archangels also connect with and work with specific animals to serve the planet.
Every single creature is on its ascension path and helping you to ascend too. We are co-sharers of our beautiful planet. It is the responsibility of humans to cherish, nurture and protect the world we are privileged to live in.
If you see an animal, bird, insect, fish or reptile it is never by chance. They are showing you something and butterflies, moths, frogs and toads are reminding you it is possible to transform your life completely. For love of animals
Penny is one of those people with such a huge heart that animals immediately feel safe with her. My dogs adore her. She has been to many countries helping animals in distress, always taking medication, bandages and supplies for them.
She told me about her visit to Egypt with the intention of helping the camels, donkeys and horses. Once there, through divine synchronicity, she met a guide, who spoke excellent English, and who also loved animals. She asked Mahmoud to take her to the place where the camels were worst treated. She was appalled, but she knew that she could not judge the owners or be angry with them in any way, so she just set about showing them how to help the animals. She would have 30 or 40 owners queueing up for treatment for their animals.
There was so much work to do, that she asked a very large animal charity for assistance, but they refused all help. So she put pictures of the animals and their wounds on Facebook. The charity offered her a large sum of money if she would stop putting the pictures up. She was outraged! And the outcome was, as a result of pressure when people saw the pictures, that the charity has now stepped in to help the camels.
The camels were frightened of the men who had ill-treated them. They would make themselves very tall to pull away from them and their anger. Here is an illustration of what happened when Penny stepped in with her heart open, taking over from the man who owns it. The camel starts by towering above her. She talks to it gently and it brings its head down, allowing her to stroke it. ….. And lower… until she can kiss it. The men could not believe it.
All around them is a cacophony of noise, people shouting, cars hooting, and general hub. The camel is so grateful to be in a quiet space with her, not physically quiet, but in her quiet heart space.
The camel told her, ‘We all come from love and will all return to love. Until humans realise that all are special, all animals are special, we are all one, you can’t stop the uprising of hatred (from fear) in people.’
People think that camels are dirty, smelly, angry animals but this is because of the way they are treated. In fact, in my book, the Archangel Guide to the Animal World, I explain that camels act as Keepers of Wisdom for the Future. They work with Archangel Jophiel, the angel of wisdom and their auric fields contain geometric codes of knowledge and wisdom, that trigger your innate knowing when you are ready.
My conversation with Penny started with her saying she had received a download from the camels to say that they come from Andromeda, which is the higher heart of the universe. I immediately felt this was right but in my book I say they come from Sirius and its ascended aspect Lakumay. I asked my guide Kumeka and he reminded me that before 2012 all animals and humans had to step into Earth through the transformers of Sirius, the Pleiades, Orion or Neptune. Since 2012 both humans and animals have been able to come into earth directly, so that they can carry a much higher frequency.
Kumeka explained that because camels are very ancient beings who originally came to Earth some 45 million years ago, entering via the Sirius, it was such a long time that they had forgotten their origins. It is only when a heart centred being connected with them that they could remember. As more heart centred people connect with the camels and dromedaries these wise, gracious beings will remember their true roots and bring through the higher heart love of Andromeda. And it is no coincidence that dromedaries are named after their planet of origin, even though a dictionary states that dromedary means camel or runner.

Dogs
All canines are learning and teaching about family life and discipline.
Our pet dogs are teaching about loyalty, unconditional love and devotion.
We learn from them how to forgive easily and love joyfully.
They carry the Gold Ray of Christ in their energy fields, and this is why they touch our hearts. You can absorb it from them.
Archangel Zariel works with the dog kingdom, and he cooperates with Archangel Michael.
Camels
Camels demonstrate qualities of humility, patience and forbearance.
They transform negativity into light, wherever they are.
They teach us to conserve resources wisely and that there is enough for everyone if shared with wisdom.
They stay in balance whether in chaotic towns or quiet desert.
Archangel Jophiel, the angel of wisdom, oversees the camels and dromedaries.
Hedgehogs
These delightful little creatures radiate harmlessness. You can learn from them that when you are harmless others have nothing to fear from you, so it keeps you safe.
When people see one, they usually smile.
And they spread joy and laughter, which enables people to relax.
Relaxation means that you can absorb information and learn all things more easily.
Archangel Gabriel spreads his purity and joy through them. When you think about a hedgehog Archangel Gabriel connects with you.
Hyenas
In our current societies, where so many people feel that they don’t belong, we learn from hyenas that it is OK to be different.
They cope with this difference by being sociable, within a tight supportive community structure.
They communicate their intentions very clearly with their tails.
They are testing the norms on Earth and helping to bring about change.
They clear up left overs to keep everything clean.
Archangel Michael is helping them to develop their throat chakras for honesty, truth, higher connections, courage and communication.
Elephants
Elephants are demonstrating about family life in a matriarchal society.
They teach that happy, joyous fun keeps families together and the frequency high.
They work with Archangel Raphael to send healing into the planet and show us that we can help too.
And they also work with the Angel Mary. If you think about elephants, she connects with you and touches your heart.
Monkeys
Monkeys incarnate to experience living from the heart and right brain not the mind and the left brain as we do.
They are open hearted and show us how to live with love.
They are one with nature and the trees.
They are healers.
Archangel Raphael oversees the monkey kingdom.
Kangaroos
Kangaroos carry the qualities of the peaceful warrior.
They look after their tiny Joeys and show us that it is a strength to look after those who are vulnerable.
Like many animals they carry a perfect balance of masculine and feminine energy
They use their kundalini differently from us, bounding so that they do not damage the structure of the Earth.
We learn from them that we can use our life force for the highest good.
The great archangels who oversee the depth of our planet look after the kangaroos.
There are Archangels Roquiel, Gersisa and Sandolphon.
Prayer to help the Animal Kingdom
Beloved Source and Archangel Fhelyai, Angel of Animals
I offer this prayer from the depths of my heart and soul
for the protection of all animals.
Please open the hearts of humanity to them.
So that we treat them with love, honour and respect,
and learn from them.
Impress the collective mind of humanity with a deep understanding of the importance and worth of all beings.
Fill everyone with a desire to look after the Animal Kingdom.
May all creatures connect in love.
May oneness prevail on Earth.
So be it. It is done.
Visualisation to learn from the animals
1. Close your eyes and relax
2. Invoke the wisdom and protection of the Gold Ray of Christ and see the golden light flow down over you.
3. Picture your roots reaching down from your feet into the rainbow pool of wisdom in Hollow Earth.
4. Draw up the rainbow light and feels the codes of wisdom spreading through your body.
5.Imagine yourself sitting on a mountain top, overlooking the world.
6.The sky is polished azure blue and the Sun a golden white light. All is peaceful.
7. Archangel Fhelyai, the Angel of Animals, himself appears beside you.
8. He pours his beautiful yellow light over you. And your heart expands.
9. now archangel Fhelyai brings you an animal.
10.It may be one you know or one you have never seen before.
11. It may be a domestic animal or a wild one.
12.Held in the love of your open heart the creature is calm and trusting.
13. You are totally safe.
14.Take time to stroke and communicate with this animal.
15. Ask it what you can learn from it.
16. Take time to listen or sense the message it is bringing you.
17. Thank the animal.
18. Then thank Archangel Fhelyai.
19. Sit quietly and send love to the entire animal world.

Watches over and helps me too
She impresses on me the best things to say
And drops little white feathers to show me the way
Whispers, love is the answer. Love is the key,
Tells me to relax and simply just be.
Higher perspective on conflicts on Earth
The body of planet Earth can be compared to the human body. If you hold fear or anger in part of the body, eventually it reveals itself as disease. You can deal with the symptoms, but in order to fully return yourself to perfect health you need a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual detox. As your body becomes purified, spots et cetera appear as toxins come to the surface to be released. Sometimes it feels as if everything is regressing but it is part of a deep cleanse and purification to enable you to rise to a better physical, emotional, mental and spiritual space for Ascension.
The same thing Is happening in the world. As the frequency of the planet has risen, old stuck tension and toxicity is being released as conflict.
Every light worker in those places has specifically incarnated there to hold light and harmlessness. Each one has agreed not to blame either side, for that is adding to the toxicity.
Light workers who act in total harmlessness and non-judgement are safe.
In my article in this newsletter about Penny helping the camels, she knew that she must not judge or be angry with those who were being cruel to them. If she did so, her heart would not be at peace. It was the peace in her heart that enabled the camels to trust her so that she could really help them. It also enabled the owners to feel safe enough to learn from her and make changes.
Because we are all one, every single person who holds love, harmlessness and non-judgement in their hearts when they read about world, local or family, conflict, is making a difference. As you remain in harmony and peace you add your energy to the tide of rising consciousness that will sweep away the old and bring our planet and our individual worlds into a much higher frequency. You can help to bring forward the golden future by holding peace in your heart.

Podcast with Emilio Ortiz on the Golden Future
I so much enjoyed being interviewed for this podcast with Emilio Ortiz. His mission is to
act as a bridge between the world’s most inspiring teachers and the next generation of leaders who will inherit the new Earth. He has certainly attracted some incredible teachers to his podcast and this is not surprising as he is a very spiritual, knowledgeable and inspirational interviewer. It was wonderful to talk about the Golden Future, and we covered a range of subjects from its foundation in Atlantis and Lemuria to the education system, health, economy, community and lifestyle to expect. And importantly the new consciousness we are starting to create, that is building the crystalline light bodies and brains of humanity for the golden future. We are right now, creating the Foundation of a brand-new civilisation as we move into a new cosmic era.
Lessons from my Facebook being hacked
I was woken from a deep sleep early on a Sunday morning by a phone call from Melissa to say that my Facebook had been hacked. The hackers had taken over the admin and were putting out messages. She was trying to get hold of Facebook, but as anyone has had a similar experience knows, this is not a quick or easy thing to do. And three hours later Facebook had said that they would come back about it within 48 hours, which turned out to be a pipe dream. Over a week later, they are still escalating it from one AI voice to another with an occasional human who promises to phone back.
My first thought was to ask Archangel Michael and Lord Hilarion to do what they could.
And my second, Why was I targeted? I know that at some level I had created, attracted or asked for this at a soul level. How? This is what I have learnt. There were several tests involved.
1.First, I called this in to test myself on Oneness. Oneness is the lesson of the 33rd chamber of the heart and, when we embrace it, we cannot judge or blame another.
I sat down to tune into the hackers and saw two youths and a girl, the oldest being 19 and the others 16 and 14. They didn’t know each other. They met online. The common factor was each felt unloved, isolated, lacking in self-worth and angry. Each one felt that the world is the enemy, and they could only express their frustration by hurting others. I asked the Angels to bless them with self-worth and a feeling of belonging.
So many people, adults and kids, feel alone, not belonging, misunderstood and hurting inside. As soon as enough people quit judging others but send blessings instead, the tide of rising consciousness will sweep away the feeling that cause people to scam, hack or defraud others. We will be in the golden future of love, belonging, and happiness.
2. I asked Merlin if I was learning the lesson of trust, to trust that everything would be alright. He replied, ‘No. it is a lesson of knowing. You must know that the right people will find your work.’ This is not the first time he has told me I must go beyond trust into knowing, so clearly I will attract lessons on knowing, until I 100% know.
3. Merlin said that my third lesson was to ask people to help. This meant asking people to ask the angels to help, to light a candle and to focus on my Facebook account being reinstated. This was interesting to me as I do have a tendency to assume I can sort everything myself.
4. Finally, Merlin told me to place the Violet Flame of Transmutation over the entire Facebook organisation and also to ask Archangel Michael to place his deep blue flame of truth honesty and integrity over it. And ask others to do it too. So please will you do this and place the violet flame over all big businesses?
As with all experiences, I have learnt a lot.

Visualisation for Oneness
- Find a place where you can be quiet and undisturbed.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
- On each outbreak, fill your body relaxing more and more.
- Your heart opens until you are in a place of harmlessness and safety.
- ask a person you wish to understand to come to you.
- It may be someone you know now, or someone from history
- Look into their eyes
- And through the eyes into their heart
- Interpret any low energies as pain or hurt or a feeling of separation that has closed them down to love and oneness
- Send the love of empathy oneness into their heart
- And know this is making a difference
- Now Allow an animal to come to you.
- Look into its eyes and sense how it is feeling.
- Very gently reach out a hand and let the animal touch you.
- Ask the animal for permission to merge into it.
- If it agrees, become one with that animal.
- Experience being the animal.
- Thank the animal when you separate again.
- You can do the same with a bird, a fish, an insect, a tree, a flower and any sentient being.
- If you merge with another person, be absolutely sure you have their permission.

I mentioned in my last newsletter, the importance of keeping your body flexible and flowing for ascension. Carol is doing a two-day retreat of somatics.
