Hallo Friends,
Welcome to October! The most important date this month is 10. 10. 2026, which is numerologically 111. Set your alarm for 11:11 on that day and expect a spiritual boost to a new higher level. This day offers the opportunity of a spiritual upgrade. Be prepared!
Interestingly my crystalline self was switched on by the Source at 11:11 on 10.01. 2026! also 111! So at 11:11 on 111. At that instant Kumeka, who had been my guide for 30 years, left me and lady Adazio stepped in to become my new guide. It was totally life changing for me, a huge spiritual upgrade. My entire spiritual life shifted. Lady Adazio is an 11th dimensional cosmic master. She did not choose to come to me. Rather, she was allocated to me! She has been incarnated on Earth five times and ascended after the last life. Her third incarnation was in China, in the north where she was an influential man, who was able to use his influence to help people. Her other four incarnations were in Russia and twice she was an empress. The second time she was an enlightened being, who used her power to make changes for the highest good. The main reason that she was allocated to me it is because she comes from the same planet in the same universe as I do, so we have an energetic connection.
As long as I am properly tuned into her, she comes through very clearly to me. I feel immeasurably blessed to have her as my guide, but when I said this, she said that she felt blessed too.
As you read to this, I am in South Africa, for workshops to activate the crystalline heart and download the light codes of some of the stars, in Johannesburg on the 3rd and Cape Town on the 10th October. And for the 24th annual reunion of our Diana Cooper school of White Light, which is always a wonderful opportunity for meeting and celebrating with our teachers, who fly in from all over the world. We truly are a family of light.

October Full Moon
The second most important day this month is the full Moon, the Hunter Moon, on Monday 26th October. While this is an important full Moon, it is not a life changing one. But it is direction changing. Not that everyone will change direction. Those who received big upgrades at the August full moon may find the lives shift onto another course. Many people received huge upgrades then, both frequency rises and downloads of new and sometimes incredibly powerful light codes. Most people who are scheduled for a change will be anticipating it, though some may be surprised!! These changes may not all be easy, but this month they will all be positive. Traditionally, this Moon is about gathering and bringing forward the wisdom that you have gained throughout the year, so that you are prepared for the next step in your life. This year Archangel Raziel, Angel of Wisdom, will help those who ask with wisdom to see the challenges from a higher perspective. He will also help you break old unhelpful habits so that you can replace them with new ones that support your life.
The Future of Earth
There has been much speculation about what is actually going to happen when Earth becomes fully 5D. Where will 3-D souls go? Will another planet like Earth be provided for them? What about the dark ones from Atlantis who for 10,000 years have continuously fomented war and separation? How will they be dealt with? How will the shift be managed?
One day recently Lady Adazio revealed the answers to me.
So on Thursday 29th October Tim Whild and I are presenting a fascinating workshop on line with fresh and amazing information that puts everything into a new perspective. We will also share about the spiritual upgrades available and how to access them as well as the divine plan for climate change.
It will be an enthralling and life changing workshop.
Transforming empathy to compassion
Several people have told me recently that they are empaths and are deeply affected by the suffering, and especially collective suffering as happened recently in Nepal. It is horrible for anyone with a heart to watch the horrors that have happened. However, if the disaster is personal because they know the person, empaths take in the feelings of sufferers through their sacral chakras. It is an emotional resonance with that person because of unresolved pain they hold in their own sacral.
If the people involved are strangers as in a world disaster, empaths take in the feelings from the collective through their navel chakra. They actually feel the emotions. It does not help the sufferer and it drains the empath.
I used to be an empath. On one occasion, many years ago, not only did I experience the pain of a friend having an operation, though she was under anaesthetic and did not feel anything, but my body started to bleed where she was cut. Even now occasionally I feel a flash of someone’s pain. It is not helpful.
When you sympathise with someone, you understand their feelings without taking on their vibration of pain. You sympathise from the solar plexus.
Compassion is heart based. Your heart feels for them but you do not take on their pain. By understanding with the heart, you are automatically helping them to seek their own higher healing.
Being a compassionate friend or therapist makes you into a good one. If you are an empathetic friend or therapist, you may be good, but you will be exhausted!
Absorbing the Pain of those who have passed
An empath may be absorbing the pain and fear of those who are injured and those who are unhurt, but grieving, lost, homeless and in fear. Many souls may have passed over in shock or may not realise they are dead and be crying out for their loved ones and the empath can absorb all these feelings. It is not helpful.
A compassionate person will understand and will send heartfelt love to people, animals and trees who are crying out. However, they will not enter their pain. The compassion they send will help to soothe the sufferer and raise their frequency. And can help them to pass over into the light.
Exercise to move from empathy to compassion
The process of moving from empathy to compassion is one of raising your frequency.
Start by breathing into your heart and feel your heart opening wider and wider. You can ask Archangel Chamuel, the angel of Love, to fill your heart with beautiful white pink love. He will do so whether you can feel it or not.
Then take that love down into your solar plexus and establish it with your breath. Let it fill your naval chakra. Ask Archangel Chamuel to place an understanding of eternal peace into your naval chakra. This is a higher frequency than the collective consciousness of pain and transmutes the pain.
Finally ask Chamuel to take the white pink love down into your sacral chakra.
This helps to heal your own pain there and raises the frequency.
The more often you do this with pure intention, the more quickly you will raise your frequency to compassion. Then you’ll feel better and will help the world. I hope my visualisation below on YouTube may help you.
A Heartwarming Story
I’d like to share a Heartwarming Story with you… I left my dog, who is old, fast asleep in the sitting room while I went to make a cup of tea. When I returned Sugar was still fast asleep and oblivious on the sofa, while a baby rat was scuttling across the carpet. I ran after it as quickly as I could carrying my cup of tea. It raced across the patio and disappeared under the shed. I totally honour rats for their service work to clear the psychic and physical rubbish of humanity – a sacred mission and they are often misunderstood. At the same time, I do not want one living in my garden. Immediately Lady Adazio told me to command it to leave, so I sat down and commanded it to move to a field opposite my house. Moment later she told me that it had left. Then I worried if it would be safe, and would it find another home? Commands must be for the highest good, so I asked Archangel Fhelyai, the angel of animals, to look after it and ensure it found the right home. I also asked Archangel Michael to protect it. The following day I was walking down the road when I saw a vivid clear picture of the baby rat, curled up in a cozy little den under a tree root, safe and sound. Later Lady Adazio told me that Archangel Fhelyai placed a picture of it in my third eye to reassure me that the baby was okay.
I’ve had tussles with rats before when I have asked them to leave and they have refused. I have resorted to using peppermint oil and chilli powder. With a command, this little rat left immediately.

Businesses are changing and in line with the rising frequency on the planet, new ethical leaders are emerging. I was very impressed when I listened to Greg Suart talking about this. His company is called Meta Conscious Leaders and amongst other things he has produced some fascinating podcasts, interviewing fascinating business leaders with a spiritual ethos.
