To build our crystalline bodies and brains – and activate our 12 strands of DNA, we need to remove toxicity from our cells. This will automatically raise our cellular frequency.
There are some little-known elementals that can now do this. Dragons too consume lower thoughts that affect the quality of our blood. Much of our cells are made up of water and since the start of this year we have been able to access light codes from certain planets to cleanse them!! In the same way much of our bones consist of the element of Earth and there are elementals and planetary light codes that can clear the toxicity we have absorbed in them.
Commander Ashtar too can help us cleanse our physical bodies at a cellular level, and we must ask for this.
Since March this year we have been able to visit the second chamber of Pluto to activate light codes to cleanse our cells of toxicity.
It is time to access all the help that has now come available to clear our carbon-based bodies and enable our crystalline bodies to evolve.
