Ashleigh’s Tree

Dear Ashleigh,

Thank you for sending in your carefully-drawn tree. Your tree makes me think that your inner life anchors your outer life and is very important to you. The trunk symbolises your spine with the chakras represented by the infinity sign. Interestingly, though the colours are those of the seven chakra system, you have, at your own initiative, added an eighth chakra which is a beautiful golden. To me, this represents your desire for spiritual growth.

The numerous roots going deep into the Earth from your trunk-spine indicate that you are a very grounded person. However, the earth, despite a hint of greenery appears parched and dry. Do you feel you need more active support from the people you are connected with?

The swirling branches reflect your thoughts and feelings and constitute the foreground in your drawing. Though powerful, they somehow strike me as being more complicated than necessary. Also, though there is a lot of greenery on the branches with leaves, there is no indication of life in any form by way of birds, bird’s nests, little animals or insects.

I see some shadows in both the upper right and left corners of your drawing indicative of some heaviness or fears that you feel plagued with. You might consider asking Archangels Michael, Zadkiel and Raphael and the Ascended Master Hilarion to clear and heal the shadow and transmute all heaviness and fears to the light.
