✨ DAY 14 JOY CHALLENGE:

Today, dance by yourself and enjoy the moment!

Put on some music you love, allow your body to move freely and simply have fun. Don’t think about how you look or whether you’re doing it ‘right’ – just dance and smile with joy.

If you’re unable to dance physically, close your eyes and imagine yourself dancing joyfully. Picture yourself moving freely, smiling and completely enjoying the moment.

Allow yourself to connect with that wonderful feeling of freedom and happiness.

💛 How did dancing – or imagining yourself dancing – make you feel?
💛 Can you remember a time when you danced with complete joy?

Sometimes joy comes when we simply give ourselves permission to let go, move, smile and enjoy being alive.

Today, hug a tree.

Take a quiet moment to connect with the tree. Place your arms around it, become still and open your heart.

As you do, become aware of the cosmic love the tree is transferring to you.

Allow yourself to receive this beautiful energy and notice how it makes you feel. Imagine the love flowing into your heart and feel the joy within you.

Trees have a wonderful ability to remind us to slow down, become present and reconnect with the natural world around us.

Picture where you are, what you are doing and how it feels. Allow yourself to become completely absorbed in that happy memory or experience and smile joyfully.

When you notice it, pause and smile internally. Allow yourself to really experience the beauty and notice what happens to your thoughts, feelings and energy.
