There are people in hospitals all over the world who are in need of love, compassion and healing. Today, Diana Cooper invites you to join a simple but powerful collective spiritual practice and send loving intention to everyone who needs it.

Remember how powerful collective intention can be. When you send healing, your intention joins with that of others around the world who are doing the same.

Today’s Call to Action:

Open your heart as wide as you can.

Visualise beautiful, loving light flowing from your heart and surrounding hospitals, patients and everyone in need across every continent.

Hold them in your heart with love and compassion, allowing your intention to reach across the world.

Take a few moments to include Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia and Antarctica, creating a global wave of love and healing intention.

Then come back and share in the comments what you experienced. Did you see a colour, feel a sensation or notice a shift within yourself as you sent out your love?

Imagine how powerful it could feel to have thousands of us joining together with the same compassionate intention.

Please share this video and invite others to join us. Together, we can create an ever-growing wave of love and compassion around the world.

With love and blessings,
Diana x

Your angels want you to have the friendships that are right for you, work that fulfils you, a beautiful home and the things that support your happiness. But sometimes two things can stand in the way: a lack of clarity about what we truly want and old beliefs or attachments that we are still carrying.

This is where Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Michael can help us.

🤍 Archangel Gabriel brings clarity.
Invite his magnificent pure white energy close and ask him to help you become clear about an area of your life in which you would like greater happiness. Then become still and listen.

💙 Archangel Michael helps us release the old.
Old thoughts, beliefs and ideas can sometimes feel like a ball and chain holding us back. In this meditation, we ask Archangel Michael to use his great Sword of Truth to cut away those attachments and give us a new sense of freedom.

Then comes the really important part: ask clearly for what you DO want.
Visualise the love you want in your life.
See yourself surrounded by wonderful friendships.
Picture yourself enjoying fulfilling work.
Imagine the home that makes you happy.
When you picture what you want, you are giving the angels a clear intention to work with.
And I have a lovely exercise for you to try afterwards.

Make a list of everything that makes you happy.
Keep adding to it. Bless everything on your list and say thank you for it. As you focus on those things with gratitude, notice how your energy changes and how much more aware you become of the happiness and abundance already around you.
Your angels are always there to support you. Become clear. Release the old. Ask for what you want. Visualise it. And give thanks.

Raise your frequency to compassion with this powerful guided meditation and visualization with Archangel Chamuel.

In this beautiful practice with Diana Cooper, you will open and expand your heart chakra, connect with the loving pink light of Archangel Chamuel, and allow white-pink Divine Love to flow through your energy centres.

Beginning at your heart, you’ll gently bring this higher-frequency love through your solar plexus, navel chakra and sacral chakra, allowing the energy to support healing, inner peace and a deeper connection with compassion.

✨ During this guided meditation, you will:

• Open and expand your heart centre
• Connect with Archangel Chamuel and his beautiful pink light
• Fill your heart with white-pink Divine Love
• Bring love into your solar plexus, navel and sacral chakras
• Connect with a higher understanding of eternal peace
• Release and transmute lower-frequency energy
• Raise the frequency of your energy field
• Send compassion and love out into the world

As you breathe the white-pink light down through your chakras and return the energy to your heart, hold the intention to raise your frequency to compassion.

At the end of the meditation, allow that compassion to radiate from your heart and flow out to people, animals, Mother Earth and the entire world.

How did you feel after this practice? Share your experience in the comments and let’s create a wave of compassion together.
