As many of you know, we are ahead of time as a planet, to reach the new golden age starting in 2032. The tipping point into the fifth dimension took place in January when 50% people became 5D. Humanity has now reached 59%, which is considerably more than we were expected to achieve by Easter. There is a Golden Stream of people ascending on Earth into the sixth and seventh dimension. This has never happened before. Even in golden Atlantis the High Priests and Priestesses could not become fully 6D and maintain a physical body.
Those who achieve 6D and 7D Ascension in this lifetime are graduating from Earth with flying colours. There are 10 levels or steps through the 6D and 12 through the 7D. You achieve this level of Ascension when you have mastered all the steps. You do not need know what they are in order to climb them.
As most people appreciate, the energy on our planet during the last few months has been extremely challenging. This is because every planet and star has been bombarding us with light codes, to ensure humanity ascends into the fifth dimension by 2032 to enable people to move into the Golden Stream of higher Ascension. Those who are still third dimensional have not been affected by this bombardment. However, sensitive, high frequency light workers have been integrating and activating as many of these codes as they are ready for. This takes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy. Of course, at a soul level, you can refuse to accept the opportunity, but every single light worker has jumped at the chance being offered! In fact, as I write this both Merlin and El Morya, are roaring with laughter. They are saying, ‘jumped at the chance’ is an understatement. Souls in the Golden Stream have been bursting with excitement. A mass 6D ascension was not anticipated. It was certainly never foreseen that so many souls would aim for 7D.
Another reason that people are so tired is this. You are radiating more light and people unconsciously see this. They then draw on your energy and this can be exhausting. Like so many others I was feeling very tired and then my 20 year old grandson came to stay for four days. During that time I had masses of energy and Merlin told me that Finn had protected my energy. Of course this is done unconsciously. Apparently, whenever I was out for a walk, shopping or receiving emails people used to plug in to me and take my energy. I would put a protection around me, but apparently that is no longer enough, when you are at a higher frequency.
How to protect your aura in the new higher vibrations
- fill your aura with golden light.
- Then ask your dragon to protect it.
This will be enough to ensure that no one can plug into you.
I asked if people could steal my energy when I was walking among the trees and I was told, yes. This is not because your energy is more available than energy from trees. It is because it provides a quicker and more accessible download.
In this month’s newsletter, I write about the reasons why we choose particular types of parents, for example, authoritarian, absent, critical, weak or cruel. I also include information and a visualisation to create your own internal wise parents, to heal yourself and further your spiritual journey.

Wesak Full Moon in Taurus on Monday 12 May
Wesak is the day when the Christ Buddha energies meet in the Himalayas.

About the Buddha, the Christ and the Masters supporting the ceremony.
Once a year at the Wesak full moon a sacred ceremony takes place in the
Himalayas when the Christ and Buddha energies meet. This Taurus full moon in May
commemorates the birth, enlightenment, renunciation and death of the Buddha,
which are all said to have taken place on the same day. The frequency is so high
that, if you meditate at that time, you can access the Christ Buddha energy for a
massive spiritual boost. Because time is a human construct, ask Archangel
Metatron to ensure that your meditation is linked to the time of the ceremony.
Why is this year so important? What is happening at Mount Shasta?
Every hundred years or so, when humanity needs a boost of purification, the Masters
of the Teton retreat (where the masters of the Great White brotherhood meet) gather
at the Wesak full moon in Mount Shasta. There are three reasons why Mount Shasta
is chosen.
1.It is the retreat and province of Archangel Gabriel, angel of joy, purity and clarity.
The light of Mount Shasta literally purifies and raises the frequency of everything on
the planet on that day when the Masters of the Royal Teton Retreat activate the
energy.
Mount Shasta is a portal for Lemurian energy. Special healing crystals were
created by the Lemurians specifically to help humanity during this important time
between 2012 and 2032. The Lemurians created the crystals by taking energy from
the aura of several planets, adding Source light and love, then with the help of the
dragons, poured the energy into seams in the Earth to form Lemurian healing
crystals.
There are only seven years to the start of the new civilisation, the new Golden age,
so this is deemed an important time to activate the Lemurian wisdom with a
ceremony at Mount Shasta.
St Germain is Sacred Keeper of the Violet Flame. He holds that energy at Mount
Shasta. The Violet Flame is yet another purification and transmutation energy.
Merge with Archangels
Everyone has some angel, dragon or unicorn energy within them. This is decided before incarnation. For the higher levels of ascension, it is really helpful to merge with archangel energy. This is very different from connecting with an archangel. In a merge, your cells actually take in the energy of a particular archangel, or more than one, and you then have that light and those qualities within you. You may need to do the merge visualisation several times, before the archangel energy is established permanently in your cells. Last month I offered a workshop to Merge with Archangel Michael. Before I was allowed to present it, I had to go through the merging process many times, to ensure Michael’s energy was anchored within me. That journey was very much based on releasing everything you need to let go of, and I mean everything. This month, I have been asked to present Merge with Archangel Raphael. The energy of this merge is totally utterly and completely different from Michael’s. this journey starts with dissolving the seven Veils of Illusion across the third eye and illuminating the 96 chambers. Then you create sacred geometry within and around you that matches Archangel Raphael’s sacred geometry – and then you merge with him. I found it a fascinating process and much easier than Archangel Michael’s merge. In fact, the moment Archangel Raphael came to me and told me he wanted me to do this workshop, I felt and saw his sacred geometry around me. Apparently at that moment I made my first merge with him. I mention this as you may find that reading these words triggers your first merge. It is the start of an exciting and extraordinary journey and I’d love you to join me on Monday, 2 June, 7 pm UK time.
Why we chose Our parents
We choose partners who make us feel the same way as we did with our parents. This is because we are still trying to heal our childhood by getting from our partner what we could not get from our parents.
It is only when we stop trying to get our partner to meet our needs, and concentrate on meeting our own needs, that we start to accept our life’s challenges.
Some souls, for example choose a parent who is emotionally or physically distant or absent. The challenge they have chosen for this life is to love themselves and be attentive to their own needs.
If you choose an emotionally distant or physically absent parent, you will choose a partner who can’t be there for you in some way. You may choose someone who is married, or who is emotionally cold or works away. This is because you are substituting them for Mummy or Daddy and trying to get them to be there for you. You have chosen someone with whom closeness is impossible. While you are on this quest, someone safe and present would be boring and possibly claustrophobic.
When you parent yourself wisely to meet your needs, then you attract a close loving relationship.
If you have chosen a weak, wishy-washy, unsupportive parent, you are automatically going to have a vacillating, unhelpful, a weak voice in your head. Then your challenge is to parent yourself in a firm, encouraging, supportive way. Then you can become strong and can support yourself and others.
If you have chosen a careless, uncaring parent, or one who is a hypochondriac, you are going to have to look after them in order to get your survival needs met.
This means you will become careless of your own needs. You too may resort to illness to get cared for or you will despise and ignore your bodily needs.
Your challenge is to nurture and care for yourself. Only then can you attract caring, nurturing people into your life.
If you have chosen aggressive, violent, cruel parents, you have chosen the ultimate lesson in learning to love yourself. You may have chosen those parents for your growth, but in infancy it was so terrifying that you walled yourself off. Your parents then pick up our fear and batter you. We will then become cruel to others in your turn and will most certainly be very cruel to yourself.
Sometimes when you have chosen aggressive, violent, cruel parents, you have offered your soul in service to them and stayed loving enough to open a chink in their hearts. Then you become a wise loving healer.
Here are some reasons you may have chosen your parents, at a soul level of course. I know this is simplistic, but it is a starting point.
If your parents were authoritarian, your challenge is to face your fears.
If they were controlling, to free yourself.
If they were pushy, to achieve your potential.
If they were absent, to become independent.
If they were uncaring, to care for and nurture yourself.
If they were critical, to approve of yourself and recognise the projections.
If they were all in the heads, to acknowledge and feel your feelings.
If there were over emotional, to be disciplined.
If they were out of control, to be firm and realistic.
If they were weak and unsupportive, to be strong and self-reliant
If they were cruel, to keep your heart open.
Creating wise Inner parents
Imagine what your life would have been like if you had had a wise, loving, nurturing mother who always understood how you felt who listened to you and believed in you. This wise mother always had encouraging words for you and reminded you of your positive qualities and successes. What is more she enjoyed being a woman, and felt happy with her sexuality.
And imagine that your father was strong and supportive and fair. He too constantly encouraged you and helped you fulfil your potential. You totally trusted him to protect you, for he would never let anyone mess you around or take advantage of you. He enjoyed being a man and felt happy with his manhood.
If we had had parents like these our lives would have been different.
However, none of us has these wise parents and as soon as we become conscious beings, our task is to provide this wise parenting for ourselves.
For most of us, a very big part of our consciousness is taken up with the voice of our negative parents. These are the voices in our heads that are constantly criticising us, warning us to be careful, reminding us of our future failures or shouting at us for not being good enough.
And they only leave a small amount of room for wise parents in our heads.
The minute we decide to listen as much to the wise, strong, encouraging inner voice, and ignore the negative voice, we are increasing the wisdom we have available to us.
You can literally say, ‘Go away negative parents. What would my wise parents say?’ And then listen to the positive wise advice.
When people do this, they are often surprised at the strength of the suggestions that come from their wise in parents. And of course, they realise that they are giving themselves help and advice and encouragement.
It comes from within, not outside.
Many years ago, I had a fascinating experience when a medium described to be an incredibly wise and powerful man, whom she felt was an archetypal father standing beside me. She could hear what he said and feel his presence. Then she suddenly realised that this was my very own wise father, whom I had created with my thoughts and who was there on the Inner planes to give me constant support and inspiration. ‘you have created for yourself the father you always wanted.’ She said to me.
We all need wise parents. It is immensely important and powerful and we can all create them for ourselves.
Exercise
1. Write down all the good qualities your parents possessed and all the positive things they did for you.
When you have done this, remember that anything we perceive in another is within us even if we are not yet in touch with that quality.
Constantly read this list, add to it as more memories come up and focus on it.
2.If you had truly wise parents, what would they say to you now about your current problems and challenges?
3.What steps can you take to parent yourself wisely now?
Visualisation to create wise parents
For higher Ascension it is essential to take 100% responsibility for everything in your life. Yes, of course, your parents or lack of them, have massively influenced your life. Your soul chose those parents and circumstances to teach you the life lessons you needed to embrace. And, if we have not learnt those lessons we choose partners who make us feel the same way as we did with our parents. This is because we are still trying to heal our childhood by getting from our partners what we couldn’t get from our parents, or we want to reject or punish them. When we stop trying to get our partners to meet our needs, and concentrate on meeting our own needs, the healing starts.
Having carefully chosen those parents, most of us then blame them for what they have done to us!
In fact, your mother and father parent you until you are about 16. After that you parent yourself. However, we internalise those parental voices and most people continue to parent themselves in the same way.
When you create your own Inner wise parents and then rewrite your life from that better perspective, your life and feelings about yourself massively change. You leap up the Ascension mountain.
Story of Venus is past life healing and so retrieval
As many of you know, my wonderful, feisty, adventure loving, squirrel-chasing dog Venus, collapsed at the end of last year with a heart problem. She is just as wonderful but is now very slow and tired.
When she was a puppy, she told me that she had chosen her distinctive markings (she has an Egyptian eye patch) because she was a queen dog in Egypt and she wanted to make sure I recognised her! Now I often have to take her out in her pink pushchair, and she sits a regally up in it surveying the world.
We have been together many times and are soulmates.
I have been told several times by my guide that it is her time to go but she is stubbornly clinging on. She has been trying to negotiate an extension to this lifetime. A long extension was refused but a few months was agreed.
A friend recommended an animal communicator and healer, so I rang her. She tuned into Venus and said. ‘She doesn’t want to leave you and it hanging on with determination. In an Egyptian life she died suddenly in a tunnel collapse under a pyramid and she didn’t say goodbye. She is desperate for a proper goodbye this time.’ We arranged for a healing session for Venus for that past life and I said goodbye and put the phone down.
Immediately I received the information that when the tunnel collapsed, because she died in shock and was disorientated, she didn’t pass over properly and spent years in limbo searching for me. No wonder she was frightened of experiencing that again.
My guide then said that she has to pass over soon because her heart won’t last, but she is going to come back to me as a dog in this life.
The following day, I put out crystals and lit a candle. Then I told Venus I needed to talk to her. My other dog Sugar walked out of the room.
Venus rather disinterestedly munched a chew stick while I told her the story of the tunnel collapse. Then I said. ‘This time when you die, it will be different.’
Immediately she sat up and gazed intently at me, her eyes huge. I told her that there would be thousands of candles lit for her to show her the way to the light and that I would be with her the whole time. In spirit. There was no chance whatsoever that she would get lost. I would ensure that. And then I told her she would have healing on the other side and then she was going to come back to me as a puppy.’ At no time did she take her eyes off me. A huge feeling of joy came over me and she licked my hand, something she never does, and then she left the room. Wow!
When I connected with Susannah for the healing session, she told me an interesting story. ‘Many people were meeting in a huge chamber. We felt the distant rumble of an earthquake and it was decided that it would be quicker to get the children to safety through a tunnel to the sea. All the children were gathered together and herded into the tunnel. But the earthquake when it came was mega. The tunnel and the building collapsed. All the children died as well as most of the people in the building, including the person I was then.
As Susannah started healing that lifetime, it became clear that Venus felt responsible for the children. Many of them were stuck with her because of the suddenness and the shock. The healing entailed soul retrieval, ensuring that the part of her soul that was still stuck in that tunnel went into the light and was re-integrated. However, during the healing Venus would not leave the tunnel until every single child passed over properly. She was the last to leave.
To my fascination, Kumeka my guide told me that Venus was a black Temple cat in that lifetime, which would explain why she was in the tunnel with the children. It was her job to watch over the energies.
Venus truly is a special being. She seems much perkier since her session and I feel a weight has been lifted off her. The much needed healing has taken place. My guide says she does not need any more healing and that it has helped my other dog Sugar too.
Susannah sent me this email after the session. ‘Venus is such an amazing soul. Her insistence that the children’s souls were helped to return home, before she could feel at peace with everything, is one of those extraordinary healing moments that I’ll never forget. Thank you for this beautiful opportunity to connect with you both.’
I then told her what my guide had said about her being a black cat and she responded, ‘That’s really interesting about Venus being the temple cat. When she very first showed me the tunnel in our discovery call, I felt that she was an animal in that lifetime.
Reflecting on the healing today, it feels as if Venus was taking on the emotions of all those children who died and were trapped with her. I had this image of her as a sleek black cat. I never see cats where I live, but I just glanced up and a jet black cat was strolling along the fence line!’

Monadic Merge Meditation for May
Once more the monadic merge meditation is completely different and a frequency higher than before. I am always surprised and delighted by what Kumeka gives me.
This time four different illumined Masters step forward. Joseph of Egypt, an aspect of St. Germain, is joining us. Each one is helping to establish a higher resource within you.
Then the archangels we meet on our cosmic journey are deepening and activating the gifts.
Two petitions remain the same as before, but a new one has been added. I had to smile wrily when I was told what it was – and it is very much needed at this time. We are petitioning that those in power have compassion and understanding for all peoples, remembering that we are all one.

Looking after your physical body for Ascension
One of the greatest experiences in coming to Earth is having a physical body. When you sign the contract to incarnate, you agree to look after it!
While your soul makes certain choices before you are born, like your genetic influences, your parents, place of birth, nationality etc., you then build your physical body with the quality of the food you eat and the water you drink.
Your thoughts and emotions profoundly affect you. They build your height, your physique, where you store your fat and the quality of it, and much more.
However, we cannot change everything we have built into our bodies simply with thoughts and emotions. We have to use our bodies.
Over time, toxicity in thoughts, emotions, food and water clog our joints and affect our structure.
Kumeka has recently been talking to me about the importance of movement, to enable energy and light codes to flow freely. Because I sit a lot at my laptop, my shoulders and neck become very stiff and, I noticed how tight my back was. In fact, I lay down and became very aware of how achy and crunchy it was becoming. This put my hips slightly out and one of my shoulders was higher than the other. I know this is very common. However, it means that it is more difficult for Ascension energy to flow freely.
With their usual alacrity my guides sent me Carol Yates, a lovely, gentle lady, who talked to me enthusiastically about Somatics Movement Therapy. This consists of simple movements, done very slowly to train the muscles to relax. She took me through some exercises and I practised them for a little while each day. I could not believe the difference! The ache in my back simply went and it felt fluid. All the shooting pains down my arms from my stiff shoulders vanished. I felt I was walking taller.
Carol describes Somatics as self-care exercises to relieve pain, re-align the body, manage anxiety, regulate the nervous system and more.
Her voice is so soothing, that it takes me into a lovely meditative state whenever I listen to the recording of the exercises. I told her that I couldn’t imagine anything more healing than a whole weekend of Somatics. What an ascension boost. And she has agreed to do a weekend retreat in the New Forest in July with limited numbers! I have booked my space already!
Carol originally qualified as a nurse and then a psychiatric community nurse, and taught yoga for nearly 40 years. Now she focuses on Somatics.

Activate the Codes of Pluto for higher ascension
Last year for the first time since golden Atlantis we were able to access silver platinum light codes from Pluto at an 11D frequency. These codes enable us to move into the 6th dimension for higher ascension. When you visit Pluto, Archangel Azriel, the angel of transition, takes you up into the 11th dimension, where there are seven pyramids, each holding different energies. As you accept and activate the light codes within one pyramid, it prepares you to access the codes of the next one. For example, Number one raises the frequency of your blood at a cellular level. Number two cleanses and detoxifies the cells of your physical body so that you can fill them with 11D data. Scams on Social Media
I want to bring your attention to an upsetting issue that has become increasingly common. There are a number of fake accounts on Facebook and instagam using my name, photos, and information to impersonate me. These individuals are reaching out to people pretending to be me and offering readings for a fee. Please know — I do not offer readings, and I never reach out privately to offer such services. Sadly, some people have already fallen victim to these scams and lost money, which is heartbreaking.
These scammers are becoming more sophisticated, making it harder to distinguish between genuine posts and fraudulent ones.
