Diana’s Story
5. And then I met the elementals
Soon after this, I moved further south, where I often walked in the local woods. Here I had many experiences with the elementals. One day I was walking there with my daughter and her partner. We were taking my three week old granddaughter for her first outing in the woods. The path curved and as we turned a corner, I saw that a whole crowd of fairies, elves, and pixies had gathered there and were waiting for us. They asked permission to see the baby. Her mother agreed and the little folk formed a queue. One at a time they jumped onto the pram and gave the baby a blessing. It was amazing to see. – And they were so pleased and excited. They said that these days. they never got the chance to see a human baby.
On another occasion, I was with a friend who was rather dismissive of the angelic world. Unexpectedly a fairy ran up to me and whispered urgently. ‘stop. we need you to do something.’
What was I to do? I swallowed and said to my friend. ‘Can you wait a minute? A fairy has a message for me.’ Good for her she waited while the fairy told me that they wanted me to bring the violet flame of transmutation down through the tree we were passing, so that the energy could go through the tree root network and clear stuck energy in the area.’ I must say the energy did feel much clearer after that… and she and I are still friends!
It was in the same forest that I met my friend the goblin. He jumped out of a bush one day, opened his arms wide, and pure white light streamed from his heart into mine. Wow. We walked together and communicated. I now know that goblins are very wise beings with wide open hearts. He told me his name was Gobolino and I thought I’d imagined it at first! When I gave workshops in other countries, he accompanied me. I saw him in earnest conversation with the local goblins in those places as they worked together to create a network. After I moved away, I didn’t see him any more.
But it dozen or so years later, I moved again and found myself living not too far away. Here I often walked in a copse of pine trees that is a portal to the Pleiades and occasionally I met a different goblin called Malcolm. One day I asked him if he knew Gobolino? ‘Gobolino!!’ He exclaimed in delight. ‘do you know him?’ I replied that he used to be a friend of mine. ‘Gobolino!’ he laughed.’ he is in charge of all the elementals in the south of England!’ And after a pause, he asked. ‘Would you like to talk to him? I can connect you through the tree root network!’ I responded that of course I would ..and in seconds I could hear my friend Gobolino’s voice, loud and clear, ‘hello Diana. How are you? I’ve often thought of you and wondered how you are!’ And we had a chat! I laugh with delight when I think about it.
I write about the elementals, angels, dragons, unicorns et cetera in my children’s books, The Tara and Finn books:

One day, Kumeka, my guide, announced that I needed a dog!
