Tara And Her Talking Kitten Meet A Mermaid
The magical adventures of Tara and her kitten, Ash-ting continues in the fourth book of this delightful series. Thanks to her old friends the Unicorn and the fairies, Tara is called on a special mission to help clean up the oceans and help save the environment. When there is a flood in her village, she enlists the help of her magical friends to help save a boy from drowning. She, also, gets her school involved in a campaign to raise public awareness about the oceans, even calling on politicians.
This series offers guidelines and discussion points for parents, teachers and family members and, through imaginative storytelling, raises a child’s awareness of how their actions have consequences.
