The white on the outside of orb is spirit trying to get a message to the young lady. I feel it’s a male figure that has passed to the spirit world.

The young lady has been asking the angels to let her know that the male that has passed to spirit is well and OK. Asking further I feel it’s a father figure. The green is Archangel Raphael giving you healing.
