Hi Amazing Beings,
After I prepared notes for my talks at the Angel Congress in Salzburg, I asked Kumeka, if everything was 100% accurate. He said no! So I went through my notes with him. It transpired there was one word wrong. I had written some light workers are now 7D. he said, many light workers are now 7D. This shift seems to have happened so rapidly and is incredible.
What is currently happening on Earth is quite extraordinary. Not even the intergalactic council, who have been monitoring our progress, expected light workers to make this huge rise in frequency so quickly. It is both unprecedented and awesome.
Here’s a reminder. When you are 6D, you work for the highest good of humanity. The foundation for 6D Ascension is cosmic enlightenment, so you see the universe from a higher perspective and you work with the spiritual realms in cosmic Service. This means accessing light codes from the stars and planets and activating them not just within yourself but also within Earth.
When you are 7D you connect with the angelic realms and act with the qualities of angels at all times. Your light body, your Aura is 7D, and your crystalline light body and brain are partially activated. Your 12 strands of DNA are fully activated. You may have your 12 strands of DNA activated now, but are not utilising your gifts and talents that are available. This could be because you do not believe you can!
It is because light workers are moving into 7D that we are now starting to merge with the archangels.
Merging with the archangels. When I presented the workshop to merge with Archangel Michael, more than 40% of participants made a complete merge and do not need to do the meditation again. 92% merged but it was not a complete merge so they need to repeat it until they feel they have made a complete one. I am so looking forward to presenting Merge with Archangel Raphael next on Monday 2nd June, followed by merges with Archangels Gabriel, Chamuel, Mary and Metatron. And I am delighted that so many beautiful light workers are taking up the special offer of all 6 Archangel Merge workshops for the price of 4.
The massive frequency change is reflected in the Monadic merge meditation for June which is very different from before and a huge step up both in frequency and mastery. It takes you to a new level of cosmic Ascension and our monadic merge now takes place in our higher heart.
In my June newsletter, I include magnificent Angel Orbs that invite you to move into 6D and accelerate your ascension. And an extraordinary photograph of an energy from Orion, plane of wisdom, with a being from Pluto, carrying light codes of higher Ascension.
The Full Moon in Sagittarius on June 11 is known as the Strawberry Moon. When I was preparing this I was thinking of the strawberries this year that seem to be extra red, ripe and luscious. And Kumeka said that this full moon was activating an energy of sweetness. He said, it was not activating positivity but a feeling that life is good. No matter what is going on in the rest of the world, focus on Inner happiness and fulfilment and this full moon will bring it forward in your life. This is not a general possibility but those who focus on inner sweetness and harmony at this full moon will receive that reward. To me it felt like another reminders that we create our own reality and this full moon is drawing this to our attention.
The full moon Is followed by the summer solstice on June 20. This is the longest day, the day when the sun is at the peak of its power. It’s a time to celebrate who you are and how far you’ve come. It is time to recognise your potential. As you embrace and acknowledge your achievements, your spiritual achievements, you automatically take a leap up the Ascension ladder. Spiritual achievements include how you’ve developed and grown as a person, how you’ve forgiven others or become more loving, more generous or kinder, more in service, more tuned to the angelic worlds or the cosmos.

Quick ceremony to enhance your life and spiritual progress at this summer solstice.
Light a candle.
Choose 4 crystals. If possible a white crystal, and blue, pink and green ones. If you do not have those colours choose any crystal.
Place them in a diamond shape on a cloth.
If you have a tuning fork play 432 hz or another if it feels appropriate, or hum over the crystals.
Invoke Archangel Gabriel. Hold up one of the crystals and ask him to bless it with joy.
Then replace it.
Invoke Archangel Michael. Hold up a second crystal and ask Archangel Michael to bless it with integrity.
Invoke Archangel Chamuel. Hold up the third crystal and ask Archangel Chamuel to bless it with love.
Invoke Archangel Mary. Hold up the fourth Crystal and ask the Angel Mary to bless it with healing.
Say, “I accept these energies with thanks.’
Breathe them in.
Acknowledge yourself and your progress. For example, say, ‘I acknowledge that I am looking after my body better or I acknowledge that I’ve made my house into a portal for love or I acknowledge that I am kinder.’ Acknowledge as many aspects of yourself as you wish to.
I give thanks for my spiritual progress and look forward to a year of joy and love and health and bounty and good things.

Service work when driving
This month, I took a coach trip to Highgrove Gardens, which is totally organic and very impressive. On the way home we were stuck for a long time in a queue for a roundabout.
The driver made an announcement that this was an example of selfish drivers on the road. Certainly, many were blocking the entrance to the roundabout so that it was jammed. Immediately, everybody started saying how awful it was and how selfish people were and you could feel the low energy. There was so much negativity being poured out, it’s no wonder it was causing drivers to be selfish! My friend and I sent Golden energy into the roundabout and to the drivers and we focused on clearing and dissolving the stuckness. Almost immediately a passageway opened and we started to move. It felt like a reminder that wherever we are, we can change what happens by raising the frequency. In fact, driving gives us a wonderful opportunity to pour high frequency energy into the roads and all the travellers.
I always place a protective bubble around my car and ask the angels to surround it, the dragons to travel in front and clear any lower energies and the unicorns to fly above and hold the frequency high. Because someone else was driving the coach, I didn’t think to do this for that trip. But when we raise the frequency of the roads, everyone can travel more safely and easily in a golden flow.
What is a Dimension and How do you know if you are 5D, 6D or 7D?
A dimension consists of a number of chambers, with a specific vibration. They can be anywhere throughout the universes. If you are holding that vibration at that particular moment, you can access one of them.
As multidimensional beings, we have incredible opportunities, both in and out of our bodies to experience many different dimensions.
You can ask to visit a particular chamber or dimension and if you are ready, you will find yourself there. Sometimes you can be unexpectedly thrust into a dimension, and this is often when you have psychic experiences, like visits to the past or future or into someone else’s life; also bad dreams.
Your beliefs determine your experiences, so if you absolutely do not believe in past lives there is a lock on those rooms, and you will not visit them except in extreme circumstances. Certain drugs, including allopathic ones can unlock doors.
The dimensions
1D. The mineral kingdom operates in the first dimension. It experiences and evolves in this range. This is where new ideas root.
2D. The plant kingdom, which needs light in order to grow, evolves within the frequency of the second dimension. Here there is an opening to spiritual information and knowledge.
3D.Those humans who only believe in a physical reality and whose hearts are closed operate within the range of the 3D frequency. Because Earth has now shifted into the fifth dimension, those who are still 3D feel very uncomfortable and they are not ready for higher vibrations that surround them. You can observe the 3-D world without giving it energy and rise above it into the light. However, if you watch the news and acknowledge it, you are adding energy to it.
4D. People who are in the fourth dimension are beginning to open their heart chakras, remember past lives and expand their spiritual awareness.
How do you know if you are 5D, 6D or 7D?
5D. Your heart is open. You take responsibility for all that you create and attract in your life and you do everything for the highest good of all. You wish to ascend in this lifetime and direct your energies towards that. There are 10 levels in this dimension.
6D. At this dimension you are living with your higher heart open. You are working with the spiritual realms, for the highest good of humanity and in cosmic service. You seek cosmic enlightenment, seeing the universe, the stars and planets from a higher perspective. You download the light codes of the stars and planets for the ascension of humanity and earth. You live as a Master. There are 10 levels in this dimension.
7D. this is the angelic dimension, and you act at all times with the qualities of the angels, connecting with the angelic realms. Your aura and light body are 7D, and you travel in your 7D Merkabah. Your crystalline Lightbody and brain are partially activated.
Your 12 strands of DNA are fully activated, and you actively use your gift talent and powers, including manifestation, clairvoyance, teleportation, et cetera. There are 12 levels in this dimension.
8D. It is not part of the curriculum of Earth for humans to be eighth dimensional. However, cosmic beings can be 8D. They live in oneness with all. They are 100% in Service.
9D. A 9D being lives in oneness, total peace and harmony and massively influences others with these radiations that it emanates.

The Great Illumined Masters
1.El Morya, Lord of Light
El Morya originates from Mercury, the planet of communication and is the first being to hold the position of the Manu, who carries the keys and codes of the perfected human for the sixth root race of humanity. This means that his cells, his chakras and energy fields hold the blueprint of the next spurt of human evolution. With twelve strands of DNA connected and active he embodies incredible gifts and powers and connects with cosmic wisdom. He is the example of the human of the golden future and is now passing this energy on to those who are ready.
He is the Master of first Ray on Earth, which is the clear red of vitality and life force, the colour of the spiritual warrior. Through this ray of power, will or purpose he teaches people to use their divine will rather than their lower will.
He is a dragon master.
He was the first human to realise that water carries Christ light, so that it has cosmic powers that can transmute karma. He developed the first understanding of baptism.
With Lord Kuthumi, he influenced Madam Blavatsky to develop the Theosophical Society.
He co-operates with Archangels Michael and Faith, as well as Mary Magdelene, to balance the masculine and feminine on Earth and in individuals.
On the Intergalactic Council his role is to strengthen people’s will so that humanity can actively co-create new age. He was helping to break down the old third dimensional structures but now he is actively helping to build up the new fifth dimensional world and opening up opportunities for ascension in the new paradigm.
He is a member of White brotherhood.
Retreat. El Morya has two retreats, one over Calcutta and one over Kashmir.
past incarnations
El Morya was a High Priest in Atlantis where he studied the stars, being a great astronomer as well as astrologer. He took this knowledge with him to the Euphrates after Atlantis fell.
As Melchior, one of the Three Wise Men, who were highly evolved Magi, he was able to forecast the time and place of Jesus’ birth so that they could arrive in time to support Him.
He was also Abraham, the wise one who was a great dragon master, Akbar the Great, King Solomon, King Arthur, all of whom were honoured for their wisdom.
Master Abraham is an aspect of El Morya, though he originates from Sirius, while El Morya originates from Mercury. He is a Master, but not a Lord of light.
Abraham is a High Priest in the Order of Melchizedek, which holds the Christ energy and the ancient wisdom for this universe.
He carries the Buddha energies and works with Lord Gautama, who is Master of the 10th Ray,
He is a Lord of Karma of the 10th Ray.
He is one of the best-known dragon masters, and trains those who apply to become dragon masters too.
He founded the Jewish religion and still oversees its progress.
He and El Morya have retreats over Calcutta and Kashmir.

And this Orb to the left is also taken by Jan Rekoutus. There is so much Archangel Michael energy pouring in to protect what’s going on. The big Orb is Mary, Gabriel and Zadkiel. Who are overseeing the Orb below. In the Orb underneath it, Archangels Raphael and Gabriel are holding the space, while the pure white is Source light.
Some elemental are ready to ascend to become angels… and more elementals are arriving, taking the opportunity to ascend too.
When you look at it, you are reminded just how quickly you are everything is ascending. And this accelerates your ascension.
A story about choosing your family
Last month I wrote about creating your own wise parents internally. We make soul choices of parents, siblings and extended family for a number of reasons. I originally wrote the article below about choosing your family in January 2023, after I was shown a vision of two children making the choice to be brother and sister before they were born. I was recently talking to a teenager who was having problems with a sibling, so I shared this story with her. Instead of dismissing it with a shrug, she replied, ‘Hmm, I’ll think about that. I wonder why I did choose my sister.’ It opened up a whole new line of discussion and awareness.
Story
Have you ever wondered why you chose your parents or your siblings? There are, of course, many reasons, karmic and otherwise. Two of my friend’s children are totally different from each other. One is sturdy and worldly, the other ethereal and emotional. I often wondered why they chose to be brother and sister. And then one day recently I had a vision. I watched and heard a clear cosmic scenario take place, rather like watching a film on television. This is what I experienced.
I saw a tall, slim, beautiful and elegant young lady talking to a sturdy, handsome young man. They were in deep conversation as they stood in a queue waiting to go into a conference. It transpired to be an intergalactic conference for souls who wanted to incarnate on Earth.
I recognised the young woman as my friend’s daughter, while the young man was her brother.
The young man was drawn to the girl not just for her beauty but also her vulnerability and sensitivity. She was telling him that she wanted to incarnate on Earth because the experience would expand her soul. However, she was terrified as she came from a dimension where her soul fed on beauty and creativity. The vibrations of beauty were literally like food to her. Also she had never experienced emotions and did not think she could handle them as she had never been to Earth before.
She felt very safe with the young man, drawn to his light and integrity, also to his solid aura of confidence. He was attending the conference as an ambassador for Arcturus.
He replied that he had been to Earth many times and understood how it operated. He wanted to incarnate again to help bring in the new Golden Age, which was a unique opportunity for spiritual growth. And he offered to incarnate with her, as her brother, to look after her and protect her. ‘I will be your protector,’ he said.
She asked what the exchange would be, for he must also gain from the agreement. He replied that he had never before incarnated with someone who needed beauty and the energies aligned to it such as harmony, creativity and peace, in order to survive and flourish. It would be a new experience for him to try to hold her emotions no matter how out of control they were.
He said that wherever they were in the world, if she thought of him, she could tune into his stable protective energy and it would help her. He also said that when he was an adult whenever he needed to be reminded of beauty and sensitivity he would think of her and it would raise his frequency and develop his compassion.
And so they agreed to incarnate as sister and brother. She would be older.
Unfortunately, the relationship between their parents broke down and the harmonious high frequency space they expected was no longer available. During childhood she had to face her worst fears and her emotions ran wild. Her brother did a valiant job of trying to support her energetically but this proved impossible while he was still a child. Now they are growing up and I was told that I was shown this to remind the two souls to support each other.
I was to remind the young lady that there is much support available and to hold her vision of beauty and creativity for she brings something special to the world.
And to remind the young man that, coming from a plane allied to Arcturus, an advanced planet of healing and spiritual technology, he brings much wisdom and integrity to this incarnation, and to always remember how important he is.
I am hoping that, by including this vision in my newsletter, it might encourage you to meditate about your family links and where you all come from.
Incredibly one day later Lord Arcturus himself sat in my bedroom and talked to me and that is another story.
Where do the members of your family come from?
The vision I share above triggered me to seek the soul origins of members of my family and friends in order to understand them better and family dynamics. There are training schools in four places, Sirius, the Pleiades, Orion and Neptune where souls are prepared for life on Earth and their soul missions here. Until 2012 if you come from a different part of this or any other universe you had to step your frequency down through one of those training establishments. Since 2012 souls have been able to come in directly from their plane of origin but most still choose to pause for a refresher before they enter Earth.
Some people choose a different training establishment for each lifetime. Others come through the same one each time.
So there are two influences on you as you incarnate, your place of origin and the training. Establishment you attend. The vast majority of souls currently in incarnation are from Sirius and most of them have also been prepared on Sirius for this lifetime.
Sirius
Sirians are intuitive and creative. If you stepped down through Sirius or trained in the Schools of learning there you have teacher energy or wish to bring forward spiritual technology for the new golden age. You tend to be interested in the deeper questions of life. The vast majority of people currently on Earth trained in Sirius as this is the energy needed to shift us into the Golden Age.
The Pleiades
You are a natural healer for you bring healing through in your energy fields.
Orion
You seek to gain a higher perspective on life and situations and to act with wisdom.
Neptune
Neptune is a plane of higher spirituality. From here you can draw the wisdom of Lemuria and Atlantis. You are on a quest for ascension.

As you look at the picture, it helps you to move into higher Ascension with wisdom. This photo was taken at a local reserve park on the coast near the border Queensland and New South Wales in Australia. Apparently this energy has been travelling around the world.
