Dear Friends,
As I write this there is a very white hoar frost over the hedges and grass, a reminder that we are still in winter and spring is yet to appear, despite the birds singing hopefully and some yellow daffodils in bloom. The angels are reminding us that the spiritual spring in our lives has not yet arrived. Life has been tough for many of us this winter but there will be a new awakening with joy in March so our lives will move forward. On the first day of Spring on the night of the 2021 March Source energy will once more touch the hearts of all as it did at the cosmic moment. This time the Seraphim will direct their singing to the awakening of humanity’s higher heart and that of all sentient beings. What an opportunity lies ahead. Be prepared for change, both inner and outer!
In the meantime winter is a time for rest and recuperation, and to prepare for the new growth that is waiting to burst forth.

Venus

Mum lost me again! Admittedly it was full moon and I was rather excited and hyper, racing off in all directions exploring the magic of nature. I ran and ran off the path and she hardly saw me during the walk, except as a whisper of white running through the thickets. And then when we were returning to the car park, she thought, ‘I’ll put Venus on the lead here before she disappears again.’ Well I’m not telepathic for nothing. I picked her thought up immediately and did a runner into a dump where there is rubbish and rabbits and rats – in fact dog nirvana. I had a wonderful time for ages. Then thought I’d better go back to her. She’d be at the car park by now if she continued to walk at her usual pace. But she wasn’t there! What? Why wasn’t she waiting for me there? Lots of people came up to me to try to help me. One of them wanted to look at my collar for my name and address! Do you really think I’d let anyone come near me? I stood in the centre of a circle of admirers and barked and barked to keep them all away. In the meantime Mum and her friend Kathy and Buddy the Maltese were searching for me. Mum almost walked all the way to the car park but thought I’d never go all that way on my own for usually I stay near where I last saw them. Little does she realise I am a thinking dog. She asked everyone if they had seen a little white dog and at last one old man said, ‘Has she got sticky up ears.’ Mum said, ‘That’s the one.’ He said, ‘She’s in the car park.’ So they ran until they could hear me barking in the distance. At that time I was so frantic that I couldn’t hear their calls. At last I heard, ‘Venus! Venus!’ and I left my circle of admirers and ran towards her. I was so pleased to see her I jumped all over her as if she’d been away for weeks. And I thought she was getting better at looking after me. Huh!

Our cat Ash-ting continues to be very naughty. We bumped into one of our neighbours who has two spaniels and a cat. She started laughing as soon as she saw us and couldn’t wait to tell us what he’d done now. Apparently she was in the kitchen when she heard a terrible yowling, so she hurried into the conservatory. Ash-ting was outside with his nose pressed up against the glass of the conservatory while her cat’s nose was pressed against it on the inside. Her cat was yowling and howling. She went out to move Ash-ting on and he ambled off languidly with his tail in the air. As soon as she went indoors the yowling started again, mixed with barking and howling. Her two dogs and the cat were in the conservatory being driven to distraction by our naughty Ash-ting, who had returned as soon as her back was turned, with his nose pressed to the glass again. He is a born tease that cat!

And it has happened at last. I was recognised as a famous dog, heroine of a book! We were walking in the forest when Mum stopped to talk to a lady with a puppy. After a while the lady asked Mum what my name was. ‘Venus,’ she replied proudly. ‘Ah! I thought so,’ the puppy’s owner exclaimed. ‘I thought it was Venus. I’ve just been reading all about her in Venus, A Diary of a Puppy and her Angel. I loved it.’ So a nice conversation about me developed and I was happy to listen. Click HERE for more information

One of my favourite occupations is to run after treats on a string. Mum plays this game with me most evenings and I can’t get enough of it. Then I get to chew the treat. Here I am….

Isabel’s dog Sugar came to stay for a weekend and we played together quite a bit. She’s much more fun now that she isn’t a silly puppy any more.

Tim’s inspiration – By Tim Whild

We are ascending, and so is the planet that we have chosen to incarnate on.
Since the 1st January, the intensity of the energies that we receive has doubled again, completely collapsing major facets of the previous paradigm.
This has affected not only our everyday existence, but the vibration of the spirit world that is contained within the structure of the holographic fabric around us.
We walk shoulder to shoulder with different spectrums of reality, and much of this is becoming more tangible on a daily basis.
To be in human form now means to adapt and evolve, spiritually and physically.
No matter what our level of wisdom, consciousness and perception, every body is taking in the vast increase in light. Wave after wave are waking up, some gently, others with a crash of realisation.
The human vessel is changing on a structural level.
We are moving from a carbon based life form, to one that reflects the intensity of the light that we shine.
The seven chakra system that has served the third dimensional learning process is completely redundant, and has been replaced with the twelve chakra system, the ascension chakras.
In reality, this system was always present, but was inoperative. It is now lit up, and fully anchored in many, giving the opportunity to fast track through lessons that would normally have taken decades to master.
Our DNA is changing in harmony with this too. The so called junk DNA that Earth scientists have puzzled over is activating, moving us from two strands, to the vast potential of twelve strands.
Many are starting to feel their limitless potential.
One of the main catalysts for this physical change has been our beautiful Sun.
It acts as a portal for the light that is released from Helios, the Great Central Sun, and is stepped down into the dimensional space that we exist in.
The Sun portal is expanding, or increasing daily, to allow this flow of light to be integrated at an acceptable level.
Sun flares, photonic particle showers, and powerful astrological alignments all lend to this process, and it continues to increase as we move through the start of our new year.
To assist our bodies with the change, many are feeling prompted to change their lifestyles, eating habits, and ways of everyday being. That’s just the start.
The single core aspect of the ascension process is based around the four body system receiving and utilising a specific percentage of Light.
When the overall quotient hits 79%, the activation starts.
This is then worked with and built upon until the upper levels of 5d, and by 85%, the ascension Lightbody is in full effect.
One amazing thing that I have noticed is the amount of souls already holding this percentage, and the majority don’t even know it.
We have agreed to live in a state of Walking Mastery. Holding our physical forms, whilst traversing initiations and lessons that would have once turned us into a puff of smoke.
This is the shape of things to come.
Contained within our amazing bodies are roughly 37 trillion cells comprising ‘us’.
Each of those cells are lit up now with our ascension blueprint, and they are doubling their intensity to form a ‘light version’ of themselves. Our fields, our fifth dimensional Merkabahs, extend around us for up to 20 miles. Unity consciousness is taking on a very physical reality. Most of us now share Etheric space with many others around us.
As light bearers, I believe that we have not taken responsibility not just for ourselves, but for those stepping in higher roles.
Every molecule of light we emit, every thought, creates and re-creates the dimensional fabric around us.
This is the fourth dimension. We create to evolve.
There are so many ways to achieve this process. Every soul-path, choices and skill set is completely unique.
But Light is the core of this process. Light comprised of the frequency of pure love and Christ Consciousness itself.
Lighting up another being is as simple as it gets. Illuminate yourself, and the energy of others around you rises to match the octave, sparking the ignition of their own divine blueprint. Cellular Chime.
Every cell of your bodies is an individual Sun. Blazing golden light.
Sit quietly, relax, breathe deeply, and see this.
See trillions of cells within lit up with the light of the Solar Core. And carry this for every waking step of the day.
Know that you are completely limitless, and this is just the start of a process that is being watched with with joy and excitement from every planet, universe and dimensional space around us.

Tips on Natural and Healthy Living – By Fabulous Organic

Tinned foods or drink can be convenient. However, Bisphenol A (BPA) used in the metal coating on tins leaches into the food. As BPA disrupts your hormones and is linked to various cancers it is best to avoid or limit your use of tins.

To reduce tins:
Use fresh or frozen vegetables.
Replace tinned tomatoes in recipes with fresh tomatoes.
Buy dried beans, cook in large batches then freeze for use when required. (If you don’t have time to defrost, put the frozen beans in a sieve and pour boiling water over them).
Buy soup in cardboard cartons rather than tins. Or make a big batch of homemade soup and freeze in glass containers.

Do we truly communicate? Or do we just say what we want others to hear? By Carol De Vasconcelos

Carol De Vasconcelos is the Principal Master Teacher for the Diana Cooper School in South Africa. Communication is not always easy and it can be difficult to convey what you’re thinking and speak your truth without some sort of implications. Carol has written these 10 exercises to help improve your communication skills.

1. The communication area is the Throat area and the colour is a vibrant royal blue – when this area is clogged up or we do not express ourselves – the area becomes under active. To stimulate this area wear a blue scarf on the throat, drink water that has been put in a blue glass and out in the sun for 10 minutes. You can also wear a Blue lace agate crystal or a Sodalite crystal on the throat .

2. Release all concern for what others think of you (especially family, friends, and people you don’t even know).
Send Love towards everything and everyone that comes into your field of vision. Do this by opening your heart, relaxing your mind and imagine you are sending love. You can also picture them inside a pink bubble of love, I do this often and it really works. A rose quartz crystal really assists with getting in touch with the feeling of love, give them away as gifts to people you feel need them or place them in your home in places where you feel there is a lack of communication and love. Get to know the greatest love of all is inside you!

3.Whenever in doubt, fear or worry replace it immediately by saying a positive affirmation e.g.” I am happy, healthy, wealthy and wise !!!!!!!!!”

4. Always be honest with others – ask Archangel Michael (he helps with communication) to guide you when you speak.

5. Take at least 20 minutes a day to connect and communicate with the Universe by being still and quieting the mind, breathe in the vibrant blue energy of the throat and feel the peace and harmony then ask to connect to the angels of communication , Guides, God, and other beings from the light. A clear quartz crystal will assist you with this communication, just hold it in your hand. Write your messages down.

6. Be totally relaxed, conscious and present to what is happening to you… right now. Stay in the Now …… in the present. I have come to realize when we are in the past , or in the future all the time we are in Fear eg. What will happen if? And in the present we are able to create Miracles. There are a few crystals to assist with fear you can use any of them and they will assist you greatly Rose Quartz, Rhodocrosite, Amethyst, Carnelian and Citrine.

7. Follow through with everything you say you are going to do. If need be make a list. If you cannot speak to someone for fear of being misunderstood or reprimanded or maybe because you are scared , write them a letter and tell them exactly what you have always wanted to say.
After the letter is finished – tear it up and burn it and let all of those negative feelings and if need be write again until you have nothing more to say.
Also, you can ask or write your Guardian Angel to speak to their Guardian Angel to change their mind set. This truly works and I do it often. You can use the same crystal here as in point no 6.

8. Surround yourself with a group of like-minded souls who truly support your dreams and desires and with whom you can communicate.

9. Know that anything is possible in this infinite Universe. Be free to think, say, and experience anything you desire. Most of all be Authentic just be yourself.

10. Accept yourself, your life, and this Universe exactly as it is right now. And follow your dreams.

Skype Teaching
The Diana Cooper Foundation is now offering everyone the opportunity to attend teacher training courses via skype! This is ideal for people who cannot attend courses in person or those who wish to learn over an extended period of time. The course content is the same as the traditional course. On successful completion of the course the student will gain the Teacher Certificate and be invited to become a member of the Diana Cooper Foundation

Each Skype teaching session will last approximately two hours
Sessions can be weekly, bi weekly or monthly depending on the requirements of the student The schedule will be agreed between the Master Teacher and the student.

Students will need to have a volunteer to carry out practical work during some sessions. They will also need a skype connection that can support a web camera and they will need a private room where they will be undisturbed during the call.

There will be homework to do in between each session as well as additional course work which needs to be handed in by the end of the course.
